// The story
I started H-Town Labs because Houston deserved better options.
I started H-Town Labs because Houston businesses had two bad options for AI: a coastal consultant who'd hand over a six-figure strategy deck and disappear, or a tool vendor selling software with no plan behind it. Meanwhile every owner in town was having the same conversation — a lot of hype, very little working software, and nobody willing to say "this use case isn't worth it."
So I built the thing I wished existed: one senior, plain-spoken, locally accountable strategist who does the rare middle thing — picks the highest-ROI workflow, builds the working system, and stays to make it stick. I take on a small number of engagements at a time so each one gets real attention.
I run my own stack of AI agents and shipped tools day to day — utility apps, a review-automation product, a reservation system, a secure personal-agent platform. That's not a portfolio flex; it's why I already know what's realistic, what's hype, and what will actually run in your business by next week.
